  Because of Shay's responsiveness to our questions, we were able to quickly receive funding for our business. We hit a snag with the underwriter and were getting no response from them as to why. Shay looked into it and with some clarification that we provided said "that makes sense" and fixed the problem. At a difficult time for everyone, Shay truly worked on our behalf.
