  My husband and I have had an experience with mortgage companies before, and let me tell you, it wasn’t great at all. A lot of paperwork and other stuff that my husband ended up doing all by himself made us think that this experience is going to be pretty similar. But let me tell you - this experience wasn’t like that at all! First of all, I want to thank Mr. Bobkoff for his professionalism, loyalty and involvement! Second of all, we got literally THE best deal (I’m talking about rates)! And on top of that - zero stress for us. Finally, in despite of pretty busy times, everyone was very nice and friendly to us and ready to walk through every little question that we had. Everything was done by Lending Capital Gr. and our job was just signing final papers and… well, and enjoying our little win (2021 was tough for buyers). Can buying a house be a great experience? Definitely no, if you going to choose other mortgage company. Want to thank everyone involved in our little journey one more time. Guys, you are the best!

  At 22 years old, I was able to buy a $800k house through Lending Capital Group. I can not emphasize the hurdles and obstacles we had to jump but no matter what it was they made it happen. I honestly believe if I would’ve went with any other bank I wouldn’t have closed on this house. So for anyone reading thinking if Lending Capital Group is the team for them, I would say 1000%. Andrew, you’re the man can not thank you enough !

  If I can give more than 5 stars I would. Dima and Mika are awesome. Reliable, fast and easy going and last but not least that everything is clear. First, they will send you an email and then reach you out to make sure that you get what documents you need.

  Buying a home in 2020 was not a walk in the park. Our family with an extremely complicated tax forms and an absolutely unorthodox amount of revenue sources and a decent amount of student debt, was warned multiple times by various lenders about our undesirable circumstances. Given that the market was already saturated with desperate home buyers with large bank accounts who were willing to pay cash for any unit, we were incredibly humbled and very disturbed. That until we came across Lending Capital Group and their incredible team. Believe or not, in this days and age, every step of the process, we knew names and stories of people who handled our documents. That is a bid deal in the world of finance and house loans. From the very beginning, we knew that we are working with high professionals (our rep was Dimitri Bobkoff - an invaluable coordinator who was always on top of his work ), who are used to dealing with tough cases. Our ghastly, poorly managed financial documents did not frighten them a bit. They were absolutely frank about our incompetence, and kindly offered a very thorough, comprehensive way out of the woods. Within 6 month, we were holding a key to our lovely home: a dream, we thought, we could never achieve. We have an incredible amount of respect and gratitude for every nudge into the right direction, for every friendly reminder to get our financial affairs in order. Thank you very much!
