  As someone who has spent the past decade using solely mobile deposit and the app for all my banking, I was dreading going into a branch and having to fill out a deposit slip. To my pleasure the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to walk me through the process (without any condescentaion at the fact a man is his 30s didn't know how to fill out a basic deposit slip) and even let me know about some new products that might be able to benefit me, without coming off as sales-ey. Not sure about the other reviews. But whoever the tellers were on 6/10/19 we're amazing!

  During a trying time in my life when I needed to get my banking and financial life in order with my personal lifestyle, Bank of America was there for me during the trying times of covid life in America. All of the staff did an amazing job of helping me out. John the branch manager- top notch.

  The ladies who work here are judgmental and rude. I have had them refuse to cash or deposit my certified paychecks on several occasions and I have been with Bank of America for 15 years. They have done this to my wife and brother who also bank w/ Bank of America. I have quit going to this location due to the employees. The other location on street road across from staples is way better. Hell they will even remember your name.

  Horrible, slow drive through service. One teller doing both - drive through and walk in customer service. Waste of time always. Looks like manager doesn't care at all.

  This is the 2nd time I came to this branch and received this treatment. This branch is so NASTY and the customer service has undertones of racial profiling. I was very dissatisfied with the service that I received AGAIN. Something MUST be done.

  No ATM so no after hours banking. My usual bank on Street Road closed and I'm thinking of changing banks.
