  I have completed 3 loans with Lender City Home Loans and Gregg Harris is amazing! He and his team are top professionals who have amazing rates and terms and get it done fast. The online portal makes if very easy to upload documents. I do not usually post reviews, but the service Gregg gives deserves to be recognized. Would give Lender City 10 stars if I could!

  Awesome experience getting a refi through Gregg at LenderCity! Gregg was always fast to respond, and the rates were unbeatable. But most importantly, no bait and switch like almost all of the low-rate competition! Other lenders/brokers will advertise and tell you low rates/points up front, claim that to be all-inclusive, even give you a non-binding quote document that details all the Loan Estimate sections just on their own template... and then when you finally get the real official binding signed Loan Estimate, they've added thousands more in fees/points. But not with LenderCity! What Gregg advertises and tells you up front (even before the Loan Estimate) is real and honest, all the way to the end!

  Gregg is a great professional and made our purchase experience stressfree. Some key points are: 1. He is very reliable and delivered what he promised. 2. He gave the best possible rate and no-one was able to come close to his. 3. Very responsive and answered all of my questions on timely manner. 4. Closed on time and quick(28 days). Highly recommended.

  I have completed four experiences(closing and refinancing) with Gregg Harris at Lender City. Every time I need to close or refinance, out of curiosity I will still compare Lender City to other companies who claim to have low closing costs and low interest rates, and no other company can come close to Lender City. The customer service from Gregg Harris is always excellent. His response to emails/voicemails are very timely. I consider myself to be very involved and I know I can bit of handful. Gregg is very patient, courteous, and his customer service alone is enough reason to work with him and Lender City.

  I have purchased 2 houses with Gregg, refinanced once, and have recommended him to all my friends. If which almost everyone used him and got the best rate. I find him easy to work with, very fast and dependable. I plan on using him next time I get a home and recommended you contact him.

  We did our research, called and talked to many companies - Gregg with LenderCity was the best choice. Not only did he get the best deal for us, he was SO easy to work with! The first house we were working on fell through. Gregg said keep me in mind and I will help when you find something else. Two months later, we contacted him and he was right back on it. The realtor we got said she had never worked with LenderCity - she was AMAZED and said everything was great and how great the communication was. We had so many questions and e-mailed a lot - Gregg always answered and explained, reassured us - truly made everything from the first call to the closing date so smooth!! Thank you!!

  Gregg did a great job helping my wife and I get a competitive interest rate. He got me a considerably lower rate than the previous lender I had inquired with. Gregg is honest and easy to work with. Definitely recommended!

  Gregg, who we found through Bank Rate represented lender city. He was not only able to get us the best rate possible, but he was also very prompt with his responses and updates. Any question that I had would get answered immediately. He would also provide updates whenever any required documents were submitted. I am super happy with the service he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone.
