  Brett Greble was fantastic to work with. Truth be told, we were planning on another company initially, one that our realtor recommended, and Brett won us over. We were not having a good experience with the original company and I appreciated his persistence and consistency without being pushy! During the close process, it was much easier knowing I could text, email, or call Brett and he would get back to me very promptly, day or night. He is friendly and personable as well, which makes a stressful process better. I highly recommend, especially for new construction, he knows his stuff!

  Had the pleasure of working with Brett and he made the experience and whole process very easy and painless. Never had issues getting ahold of him and Brett always answered all our questions and explained all concerns in great detail so we understood them. Got the best rate after shopping with a few other companies but the customer service alone is worth using Groundwork. I would and have already recommended them family and friends.

  We were in the process of building a new house, when groundwork called and asked if they could help us out with our loan, we politely told them that we didn't need a loan as we were already using our previous lender. They thanked us and told us if we needed anything to let them know. Fast forward 30 days till closing... our bank (which we had our original home loan with and have been with for 20 years) refused to give us the current interest rate (we were not locked in, the current rate was lower than what they could go). I called groundwork and gave Brett some information and he got us the loan with the interest rate we wanted all in the very short time frame. Very happy with the service and professionalism that they gave us. Would definitely recommend.
