  I just have to say Kwame was fantastic! He was genuine and up front to explain their companies services especially with a newbie. Taking 30 minutes or more of his time to explain each service and process. I truly appreciate the time and patience he took, even without having a contract or business with him yet. So I learned a lot from our conversation and now will be starting in the right direction. You can tell he cares. Thank you!

  I reached out to them to refinance a portfolio of 3 houses. I specifically asked to make sure they can do it since 2 houses were on one tax parcel. After hours of work and delivering multiple documents they declined the loan because there are 2 homes on one tax parcel. The third one was cancelled without any reason during the negotiations. I highly recommend to avoid cooperation with this organization

  Hi, Jon. Apologies for your frustration and my delayed response here. I just completed the process to find and reply to Google reviews. Please check your email from 12/20/19 in which we said that your "loan request falls outside of our normal programs (i.e. multiple homes on one parcel)." On 1/9/20, our records show that you submitted another loan request for the same property but did not add the second property address as you did the first time. As a result, we did not match this request with the first one initially, and we didn't realize that the property had multiple addresses. Once we did, we sent you an email saying that we could not move forward for the same reason as before. Nonetheless, this is an opportunity for us to improve our matching processes for duplicate loan submissions, and I thank you for sharing your point of view.
