  It was alright. I did have some issues: 1) Being sent checks to be sent out by me. Got several notces back thanking me for the payment via mail and requesting my next payment be sent electronic. 2) Credit infomation was out of date. 3% funds sent out as payments will be refunded to me as overpayment. Overall a good means to improve credit score and lower interest payments.

  I was originally not going to respond based on the fact that my mortgage was modified within the last 6 months. Cody had let me know that a HELOC does not look at modifications and I should be able to take some equity to pay off debt. Within 3 weeks, I had checks to pay off all my debt, and a little extra to do some home improvements. This was easily one of the easiest refi/loan processes I have went through.
