  Len was outstanding throughout the entire mortgage process. He is always available for any questions that you may have, and checks in with you frequently just to see how you are doing. He takes the time to develop a personal relationship with his clients and makes you feel like family, and with a process that is already stressful enough it is great knowing you have him there to help you through every step. Can't recommend him enough!

  I am a first time home owner and had no idea of what the home buying process entailed. Len Herbert and his assistant Kelly Gioia went above and beyond to gently guide me through the entire process and help me get the documentation required. Every time I called, Kelly was always extremely helpful. Len would contact me every so often to let me know where we stood in the process, and to assure me we were moving forward. They were extremely patient and kind at all times, and at all times I felt like I had the best team behind me possible.   I recommend Len to everyone! Without a doubt Len was great to work with and took a lot of stress out of home buying. I originally applied for one type of loan, then half way through was disqualified for it and had to switch to another type of loan. Len never skipped a beat and literally did all the work to make it happen half way through the deal, AND still kept our original commitment date without derailing anything. You're in good hands with Len!
