  Extremely poor customer service and very poor knowledge on the vehicles that they sell and work on. Dropped a truck off on Monday 1/21/2019 for warranty repair and TSB's that I had already done the research on and knew what needed to be done to correct the issues. I did not receive a single call on the truck for multiple days Friday 1/25/2019 I call to check on the truck and nothing had been done. They were getting it in that day. Never heard a word. Today Tuesday 1/29/2019. After multiple attempts to reach out throughout the day and 3 voice mails with "service writer". The receptionist informs me that he has someone in his office and he will return my call. In which I had heard multiple times already. I let her know the following time that I would hold as I had already made multiple attempts and had not received return calls. Within 60 seconds my "Service Writer was on the phone. He informed me that my truck was ready. Ok great! What was done? "We couldn't find anything wrong with your vehicle at this time. I mind you the main reason I took the vehicle there was because the doors on the vehicle will not stay shut. Literally will not latch and hold the door secure. I have had to ratchet strap the doors shut multiple times to get to and from work. I will also be contacting Ford as this is completely ridiculous, I will also be removing my vehicle from this dealership.

  We recently purchased a Ford car from Leith Ford 5300 Rolesville Rd, Wendell, NC. Scott, the Ford salesmen helped us and it was so easy, no hassle. We dropped by and showed Scott several Ford cars we were interested in, then Scott researched and called us back with deals on each. We went in a few days later to drive the top 2 we liked and then we sat down to talk. Scott added another rebate and gave us a very fair trade in on our Buick Enclave. He did not try to nickel and dime my husband about the price. My husband told him to give us his best offer and no hassle. That is exactly what Scott did and we were pleased with the deal we got. We will go back to Scott when we need another car. Thanks Scott!

  This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. No returned calls, terrible service and we have constantly been lied to and given the runaround since our purchase. I am now taking my business to a better Ford dealer where I am treated with respect and taken care of. I will not give any Leith dealership my businees again. Now I understand why my father and brother both warned me to stay away from Leith dealerships.

  I had taken my truck to Lee Ford in wilson and left it for 3 day to get worked on, went to check on the truck nothing was done to it in 3 days it was just parked on the back, so I picked it up called Steve at Leigh Ford on Thursday told him the issue that I had. He told me to take it in on Friday so I did, and by Friday afternoon it was ready good to go. Awesome servise will go back if I need to its a few more miles for me but definitely worth it.

  I had a great experience dealing with Leith Ford in Wendell. Scott Trew was awesome!! He is very caring about the customer and how they feel. Never felt pressured to buy. That is important. Got a great deal. Was always available for any questions I had before I bought vehicle! Calls were returned quickly. I will tell all my friends about my experience and send him more business in the future. Thanks agian Scott for everything!

  All work performed as quoted. All pricing disclosed up front and correctly. Service done promptly and professionally. That's why Leith Ford service is always my choice on my F250 truck.

  Overall sales and financing were fine but I've been totally unable to claim the 42,000 Ford Pass Rewards from the dealership or Leith Corp. These rewards are listed on their website if you buy new car and promised from salesperson. Will replace my F150 at Capital or Crossroads.

  We were both very impressed with the dealership and everybody we with whom we came in contact, from the receptionist to the business manager. Our sales person, Richard Browne, was very, very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. We will strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Ford product.

  Michelle, was a joy to deal with at Kia. She took the time and made sure to get all the details of what I wanted done to my vehicle. The tech was so fast, it was in and out in no time! Those Kia technicians are amazing. I look forward to the next I need service done. I'm going straight to Kia !!!
