  My wife and I started house shopping on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning we were already in need to a prequalification letter. We were totally unprepared! Our realtor put us in touch with Leif immediately, and over the course of the next few hours he coached us through the documents and questions we needed to get positioned for the offer. After winning the offer, Leif facilitated the process all the way to a successful closing. This was my seventh home purchase, with just as many re-fi's, but I have never had the service or the personal interest of a mortgage professional like Leif. He was available day and night, every day of the week and was as motivated as we were to get us positioned correctly.
