  My initial call went great. Follow-up has been terrible. Latest follow-up was much better after I downgraded my initial review. I gotta say they are responsive, just wasted some of my time - hence 4 and not 5 stars.

  Do not go here for your loan needs. My loan has been sitting at their office for 3 months. Every time I call( because they have bad customer service) I get the runaround. I have to call myself to get conditions closed. Management is unprofessional as they do not know how to help staff get loans processed. Sad because it could be corrected with the right management there. Used to be a good place for loans. Not anymore. Look elsewhere, do not get your loans stuck here.

  Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. Have been going through a refinance for the past 6 months and have had my credit ran 2 times because of there mistakes and still no eta of when this will close. Avoid having to deal with JOHN SASSONE , NORMA AGUILERA, LISA ULLMAN. These folks have done nothing to correct their wrongs.

  We refinanced our house through ICG. Our officer, Shelly Johnson went above and beyond! She was always happy to answer any questions and did so very quickly!

  Chelsea was on top of everything AT FIRST. How a straight forward ReFi can take just shy of 3 months is just wrong. The numbers were wrong and told they can’t be expected to get accurate numbers. REALLY and your in what business?? I was told a sum of 167 dollars would be in the loan but then required to write a check when signing final doc. I questioned that and was told she is only human. DISAPPOINTED

  Very dishonest, should get zero stars. Mercurios Hanna (aka Mark) processed my refinance application and promised me the loan would have no closing cost, he said I only have to pay my first payment at closing. That was a lie, it wasn't the first monthly payment (it was out-of-pocket closing cost) and my new loan balance was $10,000 higher than my old balance. So a total of $13,000 in closing cost but he keeps insisting that there is zero closing cost.

  Very reputable and professional team. We just did a streamline refinance with them. Our rate was incredible, as was our options. We highly recommend our loan officer, Thaer Anaim.

  Helena Chapman was exceptional in every step of the process. Her patience and expertise were most helpful. She was always available and made me feel relax and confident throughout the process when at times I had doubts. The customer service I received is the best of the best and one I will always remember. Promises made and promises kept. The speed at which the loan closed was unbelievable about 9 days. Wow in today's environment where there is no customer service it is truly refreshing to find

  Not so good at communicating, and terrible at customer service...but really good at ghosting.. thumbs down... wasted 2 months of my life...Jumped off the refinancing process and found professionals that got it done. If you enjoy stress with no reward...they are your type of company.

  My wife and I decided not to do business with this company. First reason, we were told that our gift card would be activated in about 30 days ( why so long?). Second, we was told that they would send a survey TWICE in order to activate my card and nothing was sent. The letter clearly stated, no strings attached. WHERE IS MY MONEY?????
