  Back in June-July 2017, we worked with Amanda Zimcosky to get a refinance on our home mostly to pay off an ill-conceived loan to Y-Grene company to finance new a/c units. The Y-grene people were a b*tch to deal with, but Amanda, especially, and her co-workers, helped us get through it all. She is very professional and pleasant and was very easy to work with, and very responsive to all our concerns, including the latest (2 months later) when we found out that crappy company got paid off but has not yet notified the Riverside County Tax Assessor's office. Amanda called me back and offered some helpful suggestions to deal with this.
