  Professional people with a well-maintained workspace. The free coffee was a nice bonus, too (although can you really say “free” when you have to pay them $2,000 to do the paperwork on your sold home?). The process was painless and they weren’t pushy when we wanted to read the documents or asked questions. It’s probably just about anything you could’ve wanted from this kind of service. I can’t say we’ll use them again since we’re moving away from Colorado Springs but we definitely would if the opportunity presented itself. They were great and the experience was equally enjoyable.

  In a word, Legacy Title is GREAT! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, nimble, and very responsive to any question. Considering all that they do, the fees are a bargain. When compared to other Title Companies, it's no contest, Legacy Title is THE BEST. They have my highest possible recommendation.
