Venisha Marquez1Very disappointing experience. I was misled from the very beginning. I told the sales person, Haley that I didn't have very good credit and wasn't sure that she would be able to help me. She ran my credit with a lot of financial institutions and finally said that I was approved! I was in the office for a whole day test driving different cars for me to choose from only for her to come back at the end of the day and tell me that the bank wanted me to wait until I was at my current employer for 3 months (18 days shy). Although I was disappointed, I waited. After more than the 18 days, I reached out again and she had to reverify my application and I hadn't heard anything from her for a couple days only to touch base with her and find out that she wasn't going to be able to help me. She told me to try Nevada Auto Sales. Total waste of time!

Michelle Schaub3Unfortunately I have to change my review and state that if you buy a car here make sure you check all of the components on the car and that they work! I purchased my car late summer and a/c worked great I never would of thought to check that the heater worked and one cold morning several weeks after purchasing I found out it didnt work. I returned to the dealership and was told Volkswagen's warranty would cover it , well it didnt! They also should of issued me a certificate for an emissions test but didnt. Plus they will submit your paperwork to multiple lenders who all run a credit check instead of running it themselves and submitting the score therefore lowering your score even more and those inquiries stay for 2 yrs. I appreciate that the following information took place and I am thankful for their help , just wanted consumers to be aware of the negatives as well!! JFR & Associates got me into a car when no one else could! A car with low mileage, and in reasonably good condition, I guess, cost alot to have heater fixed a whole lot!!!!!

Cathy Hammond1UPDATE: They called to speak with the person on my van loan with me, refuses to answer my calls or texts. Told him they would be personally delivering the piece to my van to our place, DIDN'T HAPPEN! He said he'd get me my refund on the money withdrawn from my account for the extra insurance that was suppose to have stopped, NOTHING HAPPENED! They tell you what you want to hear, to see if you'll change your review. But they lie, lie, lie! At first they seem like they are decent trying to help you out. But they are scam artists. They promise you things then back out even when it's on paper. They were suppose to fix my side panel, never have. It's been 3 months. I cancelled extra insurance on my policy and they are still taking money off my card which was suppose to stop. I'll be contacting an attorney about these issues as well. I just don't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through with them. They don't even have the decency to return your calls. DON'T GO HERE!!!

jay cameron5They gave us more than a fair price for our trade. Haylie Lyons was very professional and she even called us back in to the office to lower the price of the 2017 Dodge Caravan originally it was 16k then she lowered the price to 14k after we signed the papers for the original price. They really can work with all credit situations.

Antwon Boykins5Spoke to gentleman named Mark today and there was a bit of confusion at first, so I left a negative review. However Mark has since called me back and we were able to dicuss where the confusion was. Mark explained to me the whole process including shipping titling negotiating etc. and now feel alot better about buying a car from him. I was able to tell him my offer which he taking back to his client today or tomorrow. Looking forward to doing business with Mark.

Corey Marette1About five months ago my wife and I was looking for a new vehicle, so we found jfr and it all started out great in the beginning, they had the truck that we was looking for and I mean the truck! We got to the prooerty we was meet by the sales girl outside and she showed us the truck. And this is when the red flags should have went up but we needed to get in something right away due to the old one was done. So we hoop in and start it up and she says we needed to stay in the lot because no gas. ( RED FLAG) drove ok for a lot drive! It looked good inside and out for a used truck. No leaks at least visable. So we proceeded. All went good . Had the truck 3 days (yes 3 days) and the 5.7 hemi motor blew. Called the dealer and they said well u bought it used! Well after fighting with them over this and tire world over it ( witch tire world don't have but 1certified mechanic)(red flag) and well get didn't check the truck like jfr says. Finally a week goes by they agreed to get e a new motor, but they wanted a mechanic friend do it .ok fine, well this mechanic live 1.5 hour away from me and he worked out if his garage at home. (Red flag). After a month no truck and I'm making payments finally get truck back. Well to sum it up my truck has seen more shop hours then it has road hours I have all maintenance records I have done and I have reports from 3 different shops that this truck should have never been released to drive on the road. Due to the front end steering and suspension was loose and needed parts replaced before it was road Worthy. I have spent more money trying to keep up on maintenance or repairs to the used new motor or getting front end fixed then what the truck is worth. And I finally called jfr and told them I need the warranty info for the motor cuz every sensor on the motor to I inclu water pump oil pump throttle body and yes crank shaft needed to be replaced . That was 2 weeks ago and still can't get a call back. But Brian john wants payment on the motor. Not going to happen buddy. Sum it up don't ever think about using these Colorado springs jfr group they are scammers and don't take care of the customer in the safety aspect . All they want is the money. Not sure about Denver group but just be careful. And do ur homework first.

keeley claiborne1I am a recent college grad that has poor credit from a situation that was out of my control. I found a car that I was interested online so I called Huey and he told me that he had something cheaper available. I explained to him my credit situation and what my score was before I went in that night and he told me that that would be no problem. I went in that night and was told that the price of the car was going to go up at least 2,000 more because of my credit score meaning my payments would be about 150 more than what I wanted to pay. I was obviously frustrated because he already knew my credit score before he ran it because I told him and he could have told me what the price would be before he ran a hard credit check and lowered my score as well as having me come up there. After I found out that the price would be higher I asked if having a cosigner would keep the car at the original price and he made it clear that he did not want me to have a cosigner and stated, "wasn't I a big girl, and shouldn't I want to buy a car on my own." The next day he was trying hard to get me the car with a lower payment but told me that he couldn't discuss the deal he had over the phone because "we don't do business over the phone" so he wanted me to come in. A text was miscommunicated and I thought that he wanted me to come in the next day instead of the current day, so he called me and was livid that I hadn't come in. I apologized and said that I was sorry I misunderstood. I told him that I had no ride to get to his office and he offered to give me a ride. I am a 5'3" woman and have been had prior bad experiences with men so I did not feel comfortable with a man I just met the day before coming to my house and picking me up whether he was just trying to make a business deal or not, it was nothing personal to him, just my own cautious ways. He took this extremely offensive and proceeded to tell me that obviously I don't trust him so I shouldn't do business with someone that I don't trust and then hung up on me!!! This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I was surprised after reading his previous reviews with the experience I had. He was EXTREMELY pushy and dishonest in my eyes and to top it off rude at the end. He definitely made my first car buying experience a difficult one. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER refer anyone to this joke of a place.

Rita Green1If I had to describe this place in one word it would be SHADY!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! I got a flyer in the mail claiming how they could help me get into a late model newer car after a bankrupcy. I was dealing with Brian and he is really sleezy. I told him what I wanted and then he proceeded to try and talk me into something else, I stood my grounds and told him NO. He began to look for my specified car and gave me this outrageous interest rate. I had just gotten a really good rate from another dealer despite my bankrupcy but that car was totaled in the last hail storm. I called Brian trying to avoid multiple hits on my credit and he talked really good during this whole process. He called and told me he had found the car wanted and to come down to test drive it. This car was supposed to be a 2016 but looked more like a 2006. I told hm the car looked dull and beat up. Brian then insulted my intelligence by telling me "IT WAS JUST DIRTY" as if I couldnt tell the difference. Aside from that he then proceed to tell me lets test drive it. I told him "THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT". He says "didnt I send you pictures" knowing full well that he didnt. Then he tried to guilt trip me by saying "I drove all the way to Pueblo to get it". I dont care where you drove to you can take that hunk of junk right back! He said what car did you want? I got on tbe internet that was as slow as dial up to show him. I gathered myself and left after that. I didnt feel like I was as important as the money was. THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!. You may pay more at a reputable car dealership but its worth it to deal with honest people that demonstrate INTEGRITY!!! I only gave the 1 star because there was no option for ZERO!!!!
