  1..They actually answer their phone and encourage business. 2..Mark and Cheyenne are such a delight. 3. Legacy Pawn has a nice variety and we got a great deal on an Xbox, controllers and printer. Mark is definitely about his word, I purchased a T.V. and he made sure it was ready the next day. Definitely recommend supporting this store.

  AS TOLD BY MY OWNER we are just some pups that come into this store and get treated as resident fur babies. I love to shop here .. best deals for quality items. David & Mark are awesome and treat everyone and animal as if they are family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Been doing business with this pawn shop for years now. Always been fair and courteous with me. Nick the manager is a pleasure to deal with and I love the prices on just about everything in the store. I recommend them highly.

  Legacy pawn Shop is the best place to get your Items!!! i bought an iPad for a good price and great conditions for my son and i haven't had any problems with it!. The staff is amazing there, and you always feel welcomed at all time. They also have layaway so if you need to purchase anything Legacy Pawn Shop is the best choice!!

  Legacy Pawn is hands-down the best pawn shop in town. I always go to them during the unfortunate times when I need a loan or money to pay bills. They always give top-dollar on my merchandise, promptly attend to customers, and have a genuine and caring attitude. I have been to other pawn shops in the area and they don't offer anywhere close to what Legacy does. I have pawned jewelry, electronics, and a tv here - all without any hassle. Their selection of stuff is also good quality for the best prices. This place rocks! Thanks, Legacy.

  This is the best pawn shop I've every been too! Very good customer service! Shout out to employee Aja for helping me, she was so friendly and helped me get the best possible deal. I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone!

  Buyer Beware!!!! To the owner "Dave" What a horrible way to conduct business, no customer service skills, no interest in making things right. Interested in taking your money real fast but after that you're on your own. Buyer beware, read the reviews before you actually step in to this rip off pawn shop. Will never buy anything from this individual........

  Outstanding cusromer service! I recently moved to the Austin area, upon moving I left an item behind. After contacting the manager at this pawn shop, she took the time to personally ship the item to me! If you are in the lewisville area, I highly recommend using this pawn shop.
