  I just wanted to take a minute and talk about how wonderful Todd Memmott was to work with from Legacy Mortgage. I called him on a Holiday and he answered right away and that was just the start of a great experience. Todd was very accommodating, gave us some really good advice, and provided the best deal he could based on the changes in the market. He was prompt in keeping us informed and always got back to me day or night. I would highly recommend working with him! I so appreciated his knowledge and expertise and true professionalism. We did most everything over the web and even our closing was done in my home. Can't get any more convenient than that! Thanks Todd for a wonderful experience!

  Our home buying situation was particularly challenging... Todd Memmott was really the only mortgage guy that was up to the challenge. He has also helped us refi since then.   I highly recommend Todd Memmott at Legacy Mortgage. He went above and beyond to help me complete the financing processes. He prepared a pre-approval letter on a Saturday evening for me with no prior notice. He was amazing throughout the entire process. He answer the phone and text messages promptly. Which to me was very important.

  Todd at Legacy Mortgage is my go to lender! Has great connections with Mortgage companies to get me the best rates and fees are less than any Bank or Credit Union I’ve walked into for lending purposes. Always prompt in response and explaining lending options that are best for my situation. FHA, USDA, Conventional, Investment property loans etc. Have used him 4 different times buying and refinancing homes. Will continue to come back!
