Jilaine Hixson1went through the drive up window & was greeted by a Shelby. From the get go she had a bad attitude towards me almost rolling her eyes as if she doesn’t want to assist me. She leaves, comes back & asks after being there 2 minutes “what do you need”, not a how can I help you or what can I do for you today. I tell her I need to deposit some cash into a friends checking account for her, Shelby then proceeds to huff or sigh at me saying “ugh fine” & finally opening my drawer to insert the cash. She then laughs at my hand writing on the deposit slip saying it’s barely legible but that’s what she’s expect from someone my age laughing the entire time. I left upset at the customer service as she was the only one there that Saturday & it’s stuck with me ever since, never have I ever been treated so unprofessionally anywhere in Lamar. Legacy Bank you need to pick out the bad apples in your staff and soon before more customers are treated the way I was!
