We talked about everything and Lee was very transparent. My situation was far from the norm and presented a lot of challenges for both my realtor as well as Lee.   Don't waste any time going to anybody else. Lee will get your deal done and get it done fast. We used someone else in our first home buying experience.   Lee did an amazing Job with our Refi. He was able to find better terms than anyone else and was able to close within 30 days from the beginning of the whole process. The best part is he found a way to get us out of our 30yr FHA loan into a 15yr fixed conventional loan. With his contacts, I was also able to reduce my Home owners and Flood insurance by over $1k. Lee and his team did a great job communicating what all the necessary paperwork required from us was and made the process very simple. They made sure we understood everything before we proceeded and were always available when we had questions. I would definitely Recommend Lee and Cross country Mortgage to anyone needing help with a new or current mortgage.
