Jeremy Oneski5I've been a customer with Nissan of Kirkland for the past 5 years since I've owned my car. Last night, I referred my best friend to check out the dealership and see if he could find a new car that he would be happy with. Aziz was our sales rep that helped us find the car via searching the inventory of the lot with the criteria we gave him. He answered all my questions (and trust me, I unloaded questions on him) or if he didn't have the answer, he would refer to his manager Nick Hallock who also was extremely helpful during this process. After finding a car, doing the credit check, etc we had the pleasure of working with David the financing manager who has 23 years of experience and made the final part of a stressful situation a walk in the park and helping us to understand how financing/warranties work. Overall, I couldn't ask for more of the team we worked with and I highly recommend Lee Johnson Nissan of Kirkland for both your next car and to have your car serviced here. Thank you Aziz, Nick and David for the incredible experience! I can't wait to come back when I'm ready for a new car to work with you guys again.

Maren Donley5I just had the best experience with Brandon Dougherty in the service department. My tire-pressure sensors have been blinking on and off for the last two days (it's been cold). I finally decided I'd better get the tires checked. I brought the car in without an appointment when the sensors blinked back on today, and Brandon checked the pressure in all four tires for me. Turns out that it wasn't just the cold weather making the sensors turn on. The tires were low, really low. They were at 26PSI when they should be at 33PSI. I am so grateful that Brandon was willing to actually check the tires, and not just brush me off. Many thanks!

I fell in love with my loaner, Nissan Rogue, and decided to trade in my Xterra. Jace Bovington1This review is for the service center only. Not the sales department. While the people Buck and Nikki were great, when I went in for a 105,000 schedule 1 service on my 2010 Rogue, three things occured that ruined my experience. 1) Technician missed inspection of serpentine belt which was greatly worn and cracking throughout. 2). I was quoted for steering fluid flush, but have learned that my car has an electric power steering so that isn't possible. I have reviewed my users manual and confirmed the electric steering. I find this to be fraudulent. 3) Cost, considering I went in for a standard scheduled maintenance your prices were double prices from other mechanics in the area. DOUBLE.

Kristine Watson1Very disappointing experience with Brent at Kirkland Nissan Service department this week. The traction control light in my 370Z had come on and stayed on, so I called to make an appointment to have it diagnosed. Brent said I’d need to leave my car for several hours in order for them to determine the issue, saying that people often assume that it’s easily done with a code reader, but it really isn’t. I asked what other procedures they have for assessing this issue that take so much time, and he said it was very complicated, asking me how much I know about spark plugs. (?) Still I urged him to go ahead and explain the process assuring him I’d ask questions if need be, but instead he proceeded to ask me what I do for a living. I passed on making an appointment and will not be back. Seems worth noting that the issue was resolved in 5 minutes by a colleague adding a small amount of brake fluid to top off the reservoir, as advised on Google.
