  I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Lee Auto! The salesmen and managers were polite, witty, and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are not only completely satisfied with what they are purchasing, but they also make sure that it truly is a quality vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan Giroux and his manager Kyle Hamel at the Lee Auto Mall in Augusta, Maine. I had done the typical research on the vehicles they had available on that lot that met my price rate. I had my questions in order, my spending limits, everything prepared to get what I thought I wanted. I met with Jordan who asked me what I wanted in a vehicle and what I was considering. We started a basic application process to officially see my spending range available to better know my options. As we awaited the results, he asked me the bottom line necessities and wants from a vehicle, typed it in and started pulling up results from not only the lot in Augusta, but from the entire Lee Auto Mall. He presented so many options that I hadn't seen in my research online. We were able to find a vehicle that I absolutely loved. It was located at a different lot, but they were able to get it transported for me to check it out. The vehicle is an absolute dream and it truly was honestly priced, not inflated disgustingly the way surrounding dealerships were doing. They were able to work with lenders and got me approved so quickly. On another note, they were more than fair with their offer for my trade in. Jordan had explained his direct, no frills, honest salesmanship practice of not pushing you into a vehicle that would end up setting you up for failure financially or mechanically. He was extremely knowledgeable about so many different brands and makes of vehicles and was familiar with the recalls and common issues with certain models in said years and major recalls. I was left with zero questions which was incredible because I had been researching cars for months!! Jordan and Kyle worked with good creditors who also report to all 3 major credit bureaus so that your credit can be properly maintained. Also, the extended warranty program offered is outstanding and affordable!! I will definitely purchase from Lee Auto again! It feels good to be acknowledged and treated as a fellow human being rather than a quota or sale.

  I had a wonderful experience. I simply went in looking for some answers. Had absolutely no plans on leaving with a vehicle. Talked to Stacy and she found a vehicle and someone willing to give me a loan with not so good credit. I could not be any more happier with my experience than I am today. Thank you Lee Auto Mall

  Jesus and I went into Lee Auto with very little expectations due to the fact that we are starting over with building credit for him. We worked with Bob White, a salesmen who showed nothing but kindness. He was patient with our children being little animals while we were in the dealership initially, and again when we came back with just one of our children to sign paperwork. I mean... he even bought my son some oreos, which put a smile on my son's face! Back to the sale... we were not expecting to get approved for anything, let alone a beautiful '17 Nissan Rogue that was low on mileage and the perfect addition. Jesus now gets a second chance to build up his history, and Bob also gave him some pointers on how to stay on the right track. Very satisfied customer.

  Bob and Stacy were great! Helped me every step of the way and did whatever they could to make sure I left with a reliable vehicle for me and my son! Highly recommend! This is my third vehicle from Lee in Auburn and I will return for a fourth when the time comes!

  The folks at Lee are amazing! They get it done! I had less than great credit and not only did they get lenders to consider me, I drove off the lot same day with a nicer newer car than I thought possible!

  I have to say this place has some great used cars and new cars with some great salesmen however the special credit finance is a joke. Offered me no money for my trade in, yes they approved me but for a car with 109k miles for 436 a month for 5 and a half years and only 24 months of warranty that to me isn't help building credit it's much more like a huge risk

  Robert C. Helped us get an absolutely amazing deal on the exact vehicle we wanted. He was extremely personable and helpful, funny as well and the guy even hung a picture our daughter drew him on the wall next to his desk...whether that picture stays there or not it was a phenomenal experience from the minute I emailed them. Starting with Dwayne, then talking to Kyle, then meeting in person with Robert, I cannot recommend any other dealership as highly. (Augusta location)
