Jhanae and Julie consistently kept in touch with me to make it a comfortable experience answering any questions I had.   If you need a mortgage loan, the Poulin Team at USA Mortgage is where you need to go! From day one, they were courteous, polite and professional. They made my wife and I feel comfortable and let it be known that we would not be alone in this process. They answered all questions we had in a timely manner. They were by our side from the first point of contact until after the closing. They made it feel as though they were buying our home with us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks… Julie, Jhanae, Crystal, Kris and Clay! We can not thank you enough for giving us our forever home! ❤️❤️

  My wife and I are using Julie now and I’ve gotta say she has been absolutely amazing and has our back. We were going through a different lender who pretty much didn’t seem to want our business really and our realtor reached out to Julie on a Monday i believe (mind you we had an inspection scheduled for Thursday) and Julie came to our rescue and was so quick about everything and made sure she got her job done before we paid for an inspection for our new home! Thank you Julie!

  We've used Julie so many times for new homes / re-finance I've lost count! Her speed, dedication and passion is unmatched. She has found the best rates for us and has worked deals that are in the favor of us NOT the bank or herself. Her response time is - ANYTIME and I mean that. She responds so quickly to any inquiry email, text, phone. Oh and by the way she is just a really great person! Top notch partner to work with and we have a high bar of service so that says a lot.   I worked with Julie Poulin from USA Mortgage and i had a terrible experience. I was interested in a home an my realtor,at the time, told me about Julie. we met and went over the basics and then i met with her 3 more times to go over what my monthly payments would be. She told me 3 different answers and the last answer was a significant amount in increase 2 weeks b4 closing. She gave me false information on another potential home and other loan options that the house couldnt even qualify for. As well as contacting another realtor behind my back when i specifically told her i would do so myself. Idk if its my age but i was definitely not treated right and i will be looking for another lendor for sure! Other first time home buyers beware its a greedy world out there and ppl do not care about your well being just $$$ signs.
