  We love our home in Gulf Shores but don’t purchase based on the warranty. It’s very difficult to get Holiday Builders to resolve warranty claims and some are never taken care of. You will end up having to take care of it yourself. This aspect has made our purchase a very disappointing experience.

Our 2-year warranty covers items that we installed when your home was built however we cannot warranty items installed by a homeowner or other contractor. We wish you many happy years in your home.

  Holiday Builders has a reputation for quality workmanship, integrity and the best floor plans and finishes. I've toured Holiday homes in Gulf Shores and in Florida, where they are hardhearted. I am liking the lots backing up to woods on Ledgewick Loop and I love the 3 new floorplans exclusive to Ledgewick.

  Loved working with Jacquelyn. Not only was she a savvy realtor, but we also enjoyed working with her on designing as well. We felt the quality of Holiday Homes was far superior to other builders in the area.
