Personally have never had a problem and have had them for 15 years. I don't plan on using another bank but you never know!!! So far at least, zero problems and staff is super easy to work with. They've helped me answer plenty of questions about my account and have helped me fix it where things have gone wrong.

My son and I have banked here since it was First Gulf and oh my have things changed. They have gotten rud and careless with there business. I made a deposit in the atm today and the machine kept the card . When i went to the teller I was informed that its been doing that all day. Well it's a big issue what will the bank do if my card goes out to someone else. There was people behind me. Their show of care is terrible. They refused to give the card back. I was informed to return tomorrow. A 0 for experience at this place would be a better score. Please watch out here.

I was charged for 4 years for a safety deposit box that was an additional service benefit because I had Performance Select Checking. I only realized this because they raised the price from $40 to $80 a year and I went in and questioned them. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has gotten back with me regarding my $120 refund. If they did this to me, how many hundreds of customers are being billed for a free safety deposit box??? Two weeks ago I ordered euros at the Gulf Shores PNC and still no euros. PNC is not the bank RBC or First Gulf was years ago.

Update: After that unfortunate experience I started going to the Gulf Shores location. They're pretty great out there. Anyway, a couple months ago I attempted the Foley PNC (only because it's a lot closer than GS) and what a change! Although, there's usually only one or two employee(s) working the window and/or counter, but they're super friendly and always acknowledge me when they're busy. Makes me want to continue going to this branch. Original post: Pulled up to the drive through today about 1:45 pm and I was the only one there. I saw two girls working behind the computers at the window. I assumed they were busy dealing with other customers. Cool, I'll wait. What's not cool? Neither of them even acknowledged I was there. I work in customer service and if I'm busy I'll at least say "I'll be with you in a moment." Most people are okay with that, I'm okay with that. Alas, I didn't get that from them. I sat there probably close to five minutes. Another car had pulled into the slot to my right about four minutes after me and sent in the container. She wasn't waiting very long before the lady with the name plate where the first letter was a J grabbed her container, then finally made eye contact with me and dispensed the drawer for me to put my money into for my car payment. Imagine my frustration when she acknowledged this woman that pulled up about four minutes after me. I let J proceed with the other customer, but when she went to put in my payment I just had to know why. I mean, you'd be curious too, right? Her reason was it isn't personal, but she didn't see me sitting behind the gigantic window that's directly in front of her face. Yes, she was behind a computer, but several times she moved from behind it to place some receipts into the bin underneath where the containers come in. You can't be that oblivious when there's a window there. Unless.. dare I say it? You choose to be. It was quite amusing for her to think I would believe that horrible excuse. If your employees are that unaware of your customers, as J stated, then maybe they should be retrained a little better. To have employees that have such poor customer service skills looks bad on the company as a whole.

If I could give a zero star a I would. First I called 3 times trying to call customer service and they each time gave me a number that was disconnected. Then to make it worst. The lady on the phone the third time didn’t hang up properly so I could here them talking about me when she thought I was gone. They are so rude, I young so this is my first time dealing with a bank and they were not helpful or kind.

I've been a customer here for about three years now. I will occasionally get wire transfers from other accounts. I just saw that they CHARGE for this. My other banks don't I'm very dissatisfied with this, but my overall experience has been positive.

Poor customer service. Took me an hour and a half to get to talk to one person. And make a deposit.... Very poor services. I've been charged multiple times for accusations and the bank can't even take responsibility for it. Has caused almost 1000$ in bills thanks to them.
