  What made our experience at the Lebanon Federal outstanding was the customer service. The tellers and bank manager cared and showed empathy. The Frontline employees who served us were very helpful and considerate as well as kind and always trying to please.

  So I called and asked about a question, and the lady was RUDE! Her name is Linda. I wasn't done talking to her, and she goes " Uh, Uh" and hangs up! You kidding me?!?! I had issues with her before. I was told that if I called and gave someone authority to for someone to my account I don't need to present. I had have nothing but problems with LFCU ever since I got them. I think I'll change banks.

  They are adding another location in Johnstown! Great credit union, the staff is always so happy.
