  We recently purchased a a home and had several options for lenders. We ended up going with Leanne for multiple reasons. First she was upfront from the beginning, getting information was never difficult. Secondly, I am sometimes hesitant to ask questions that I feel I should know the answer to, Leanne was always eager to answer literally any question I had patiently and in detail. Working with her was a pleasure, I'd certainly do again and will be referring her.

  LeAnne and her team at Universal Lending made the first-time home buying experience seamless.   LeAnne Merciez is a powerhouse. She is intelligent, efficient, and incredibly kind. During my home buying process, LeAnne was charming and patient in explaining every step of the process. She was organized, and she made sure that the transaction was carried out with the utmost ease. When you close on a house, it’s normal to expect about 40 days of processing… LeAnne pulled it off in 26 days! She was even able to save me money by shifting my move in date earlier! She went so far above and beyond the call of duty to help advise me. She always returned calls or emails within minutes. Thanks to LeAnne I was able to accomplish one of my biggest dreams.   After mentioning to Leanne that I was thinking about refinancing my home, LeAnne offered her services. In less that a week's time, LeAnne discovered some inaccurate information on my credit report. In what I would consider going beyond her duties, LeAnne assisted me in contacting the appropriate people to get my credit report corrected. With my revised credit score LeAnne was able to help me refinance my house at a better rate than expected.
