Community Banks of Colorado Reviews

Jerry Bemis1The absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with. The customer service is non existent. When I asked if they were going to have someone to help or would there be long waits. I was told there was an employment shortage and everyone is dealing with it. I was trying to deposit a check for my construction company. I would never say that to a customer. This is only one of several issues. I have never walked into this bank and left with what I needed done. Use any other bank and you'll be better off.
Response from the ownerJerry, we would like to hear more. Can you please call our Client Services and Solutions Team so that they can help? 877.877.0395

Amanda Jensen1My experience has been extremely poor over the past year. We attempted to close our construction loan, but it took 3 months to do so because everyone dragged their feet. Now that my loan has been converted I can't make a payment and my mortgage officer, Daniel Kingery, is unresponsive and dismissive to my issues, using one sentence emails with no resolution. I can't make updates to my account online as the website is not user friendly, non-functional, and doesn't promote self-service. I never thought I would be this tough for a company to want my money!
Response from the ownerAmanda, we apologize for your experience and would like to hear more. Can you please call our Client Services and Solutions Team so that they can help? 877.877.0395

Heather Sabatier5I have been banking at Community Banks of Colorado for the past couple of years and I am thrilled with the experience. Prior to moving my accounts to Community Banks of CO, I had been a client at Chase for 30 years. Increasingly I found my interactions at Chase became more cumbersome and less personal. When I opened my small real estate business, Chase was unable to provide me with the key tools that would help me, like ACH withdrawal of rents for my tenants and competitive loan rates. They told me that I didn't have sufficient volume to be able to use their business banking platform. I moved my accounts to Community Banks and have been extremely happy ever since. Their staff are professional and knowledgeable. The bank is small enough that I get very wonderful, personal service but big enough that they have everything you could want - a great mobile app, excellent business banking services, robust customer service, strong account security, and I can use any ATM worldwide and they reimburse me any ATM fees. They proactively call me whenever they notice something unusual on my account and they go out of their way to help me with notary services and business advice. The staff make me feel welcome whenever I come into the branch and take the time to know me and my needs. They are terrific. Over the years my personal and business banking needs have grown and Community Banks has been a great banking partner along the way. I highly recommend Community Banks of Colorado!

Holly Flinchpaugh5If you are looking to purchase a home or refinance, ask for Seth! You will not be disappointed. We just purchased a home with his help and I cannot say enough positive things about the service that he provided. He is very polite, incredibly smart, and truly has your best interest in mind. He is through, answers all questions well, and makes this stressful process a breeze.

Ryan Millican5I've banked with Community Banks for 5 years. I've always received personal and professional service with Gabe and his staff. They have always done way more than my other previous banks to provide excellent service in an era of banks that won't help you, they always find a way! If you're looking for a bank that listens to you, this is the place!!!!

Reeve Smith5The bad reviews on here are from ages ago: I personally have had a wonderful time with this branch! It's a beautiful area to enter and all of the staff are very friendly (especially the branch manager and new gal). An enjoyable banking experience, keep up the great work guys!

Matt Weller1This is not a place to bank. Make mistakes and have zero interest in taking responsibility, nor helping their customers. Branch manager jacky is hellbent on being unfit to work with or for. They do things to cause problems and promote the ignorant. Regional manager Larry Costello is not fit to manage his underwear drawer. Strongly think a sock is more worthy of my money than this bank!!!!

souljascreation1I will not be doing business with this branch I feel I have been disrespected and treated unfair for the last time. Jackie and Larry both can't seem to take responsibility their wrong decisions or lack of follow through. They also feel it is ok to make their customers suffer from their mistakes.
