  At first I was confused with the whole loan process, but I’ve been in my home for over a year and Kari’s team made it happen. Now that I work in finance I’ve thought a lot about my loan and these guys really pulled off the impossible.   This team is incredible. Absolute rock stars all the way! We had a prior lender that was not making us feel confident in the process and we could not afford to lose this house.   My husband I received Kari Abt's information as a recommendation from our realtor. We had previously used Rocket Mortgage and found that they pre-approved us initially but then the deal fell through - after we had already made an offer on a house. Rocket Mortgage was not upfront with us and didn't do their due diligence before they approved us. Our realtor said that if there was anyone who could make this dream of a new home happen, it would be Kari. She made the process so easier. Her colleagues were insanely helpful and everyone was so kind. There was not a single hiccup in the process and we closed on time, without a problem.
