  I can not say enough about what Brian Biancardi with Leaderone did to get our deal done. Needless to say, this time in Q2 2022 is going to down in history as a strange time in the mortgage industry. We were first time home buyers shooting for a jumbo loan in Downtown Miami. Upon initial review everything looked good, but the towards final review, the fed raised the rate. All the lenders started to get extra picky with underwriting. From fighting to keep our rate despite multiple delays/additional requests from our prospective investor, to mental support from my many panic attacks. Brian went above and beyond for us during our deal, not only as a professional, but as a friend. In the end, we felt confident that we were not only in good hands, but were treated like family.
