  Save yourself the headache and grief in looking for a lender. Thecia and her team are professional to a point! Worked originally with another company and didn't get the property. Found another property and decided to switch companies. Worked with Thecia and we closed in 3 weeks (02/01/22 - under contract - 02/23/22 keys received). They have a portal that lets you upload all the documents from your computer and the progress is tracked so you know where you are standing at all time. Thecia and her team took their time to explain clearly what is needed and why. I highly recommend.
