  Very low quality bank. Head teller is incompetent and blames the customer for his mistakes, loudly and in public. The branch manager is supercilious, apparently she thinks she's doing you favor by doing her job. Neither is trained in customer service, and both talk down to you. No other customers when I go there, ever, wonder why. The regular tellers are fine as is the personal banker. They should find a better bank. I did.

  Adule assistant manager is very helpful.I ask anout the highest interst rate I had one account at the the time he told me how I can save money at the ATM. That the money taken out a fee The ATM network I can have the fee re-embrace by having asavings and checking link together then set up a direct deposit with my employer so my pay check is deposited every check period in the checkng account.. That also gave me the best interest rate of 5 percent .This LeaderBank I walk in to and every teller knows my Name...Coustomer service is excellent.
