  Find most people with bad attitudes. Not smiling,not engaging,helpfull or able to speak clear english. They seem to get through the work we ask them to do for us. Believe you are getting paid. Believe you have a job. Is there anyone in charge at Leonard Street? One teller at window, most of the time? Appointments needed. Do not park in street, in front of bank. The meter maid comes right through the pavement and tickets you before you get a chance to feed the machine!! Gotta be something better than this?? Yikes!! Update:Close it permanently and put a branch in east Watertown.More centrally located to both Belmont,Watertown and Cambridge.

  Vania was our attendant, very professional and ready to help us in everything we needed. Thank you very much Vania, awesome job! The trainee lady was also great. Well done job!

  I use this particular BoA because it's conveniently located. However, what is not convenient is when people who are not customers occupy the parking lot. I see it occurring countless times. People taking up the parking and walking to some other establishment. I already filed a complaint with corporate, but it doesn't seem like this particular branch has any concern about the violations, despite those warning signs posted. And as non-BoA customers continue to park, irrespective of the signage, I'll probably be looking to transfer to a different bank. You know, one that actually enforces its parking policy.

  Very conveniently located in Belmont Center. The staff are friendly and able to help with whatever you might need. There is also a small parking area in the back of the bank. Parking in that lot can be difficult during popular business hours, but parking is also available in the nearby Claflin Street parking lot.

  What kind of bank is closed at 4pm? Staff at this bank branch called me to pick up an international money order and didn’t even leave me enough digits in a phone number to call back. Clearly some changes need to be made

  Good people, helpful and courteous. One problem: too many people inside during the pandemic.
