  Was going to park here and use the atm but I guess they are paying a guy to sit I the parking lot to tell me it’s a private lot. Said if I left my car there he was going to get it towed and the sign says it’s for the bank? Awful customer experience. The parking lots was mostly empty except for 3 cars and this guy in a yellow Subaru Forester.

  One Teller at midday on a weekday with a huge line. One banking employee regularly going to the END of the line to help people rather than the front?? No seats for those with disabilities waiting in line for 30-60 min.

  I have been dealing with the same issue for 2 months. Steve referred me to Dailan who was to email me to recap my 1 hour sit down and never did and put in his laptop to touch base with me in 1 week never did. He gave me his cell number number left message no call back. The 800 number is also pathetic giving me the run around. Please help.

  I was having some problem with my banking so I went into the financial center hoping they would help…oh boy was I in for a surprise. Steve who was the manager was acting mad and told me that I had to solve the issue by myself. He was being disrespectful and was acting carelessly. I won’t be coming back to this place because of the rude employees

  Opened my savings account at this location a while ago and the lady that helped me was great and quick process!

  Very negative experience and unhelpful staff. I first had to wait a very long time then had a very simple request. Not only could the staff not help but when I asked for advice about whether other branches had coins they could not offer any information and were rude. Will never return here and strongly discourage others.

  One teller smh waited for about 20 minutes to make a deposit .a year later and nothing has changed smh other that the decor smh. The teller thought she is really nice

  Not enough representative to help you in a timely manner. And will pester you to use you money in their investments. No matter how many times you say no thank you.

  Very nice and respectful people at BOA Arlington MA, even not very satisfied with online BOA staffs knowledge in general.
