  It is hard to describe how scary we were when decided to buy a house.   when my husband and I were considering to buy our second home, our main challenge was to find a good mortgage agency. The reason for that is our first purchase was not as care free and smooth as we had hoped (mostly because of the mortgage agency we used). However, working with LBC was the exact opposite! Alex guided us through anything we had to know and got us the best deal and rates we could have hoped for. Not to mention everything was done within 3 weeks. I just couldn't believe it!
