  As a real estate Broker/Owner, I have been working with the top team at Lawyer's Title for years. Their knowledge and service is by far the BEST I have received among all Title Companies I have worked with. I don't know how they do it but emails are responded to almost immediately - all the time! I LOVE my team at Lawyer's Title. I highly recommend the Diana Coombs Team at the Prescott, AZ office.

  The Diana Coombs team at Lawyers Title is amazing! I work with many title companies, but none of them have the team work that this one does. No matter when I call or who I get on the phone, I am never on hold very long and I always have an answer when I hang up. I have even called them for advice on escrows that I have with other companies if an answer is unclear. This team is always friendly and top of their game.

  This is the most caring Escrow and Title company I have ever done business with. Everyone there goes far beyond expectations! Escrow and Title Insurance services are available at several different companies locally, however in 44 years of local real estate practice I have never met a more complete group of educated professionals who are truly empathetic to all parties associated with a real estate transaction and go far in advance of simply completing a transaction. Having completed Title experience, I feel qualified to speak regarding Lawyers Title. It is my opinion that should Lawyers Title not be chosen it is tantamount to a sale breaker.   Just closed on my new home. Diana Coombs and her team where amazing! I have bought property for years and never had such great service. They even stayed late to accommodate my signing. The are professional, knowledgeable and just the best escrow team I have ever dealt with. I will only use Diana and team for any property in AZ, and will recommend them to everyone.

  My experience with Lawyers Title as far as the business part was perfect but I worked with Diana Coombs and the day I went in to sign papers was not pleasant. She had an attitude the entire time which was about 20 minutes. She acted very annoyed with me when I didn’t have my mortgage holders name, I did explain to her that I did fill that info in when I completed her form she sent me. No matter who’s fault it was, she was working for me and I was paying so I felt I should have had a pleasant 20 minutes with her. Also I sent my prorate to them 2 weeks in advance and they forgot to add and my realtors had to cover $106.00 when Lawyers Title should have said since they were the ones that dropped the ball that they would cover it. I would never use this title company again.

  I work with basically every title agency in town as a transaction coordinator. Lawyers Title is hands down the best. Diana Coombs is in a class of her own. Her team is amazing!
