  2 years ago Laura was recommended to us by our awesome realtor Leo Chen. My father and I started thinking of the possibility of owning our first home together. We had absolutely no idea what the process was or where to even start! We had a million questions and needed professional information and advice. We scheduled an apt with Laura and a few days later had a meeting with her.. Laura speaks Spanish which was a huge plus for us, being Mexican- Americans, it was great knowing someone would be able to explain things to my father professionally in Spanish whenever necessary. Laura knew we were no where near ready, but that didn't deter her from spending over an hour with us, going over the process. From that day, we knew we were in good hands. Fast forward to a couple of months ago, we met again, ready to go. Laura always communicated with us and our realtor, it didn't matter what time of day or night, via text, email or telephone. she worked her magic to get us approved with the best loan! Laura was amazing during the entire process and her communication with me was always prompt and professional. We were able to close escrow in less than 30 days!! In summary, Laura is a true Rockstar and I would recommend her to everyone! We couldn't have asked for a better first experience with buying a house.   I have had the opportunity to work with Laura Contreras on two separate occasions. The first occasion was for a home purchase for my daughter. The second time was for a refinance on my home. Both of these transactions were quick and smooth. We were able to close on time on both occasions.   I just wanted to Thank you Laura for everything on this refi. You worked hard, made the process easy and your knowledge is extreme. If you are already working with someone, try Laura as well she might be a better option for you and yeah it sucks to leave that consultant in the middle of the process but you do have to do what is best for you. Laura also speaks spanish and loves working with the elderly. Laura is the sweetest lady you will ever meet and has all the contacts you need (Laura knows everyone). THANKS AGAIN Laura for all.
