  Your Review: 100% pleasant. Everything that was promised was delivered and then some. I wouldn't use nor recommend anybody else. Caliber has a customer for life. There aren't enough kind words for this organization. Teamwork is like second nature to them. Customer Service, top notch! Laura and her team truly know the meaning of support. The entire team takes each individual customer and makes them feel like family.   I cannot praise enough the great service which we received from Laura Berg's team. With all the support from them throughout the process, I always felt that we were in the good hands. Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and never imagined that the process could go so well and smoothly. It wouldn't have been possible at all without the dedication and support from Nichole, Bri and others involved in the process. Although there were a couple of hiccups, but it was handled so efficiently that we were able to meet everybody's expectations and close on time. Kudos!!
