  Steve Minkow is THE BEST I have worked with. He took us on after another lender (Prosperity) had dragged our loan out for 45 days and ultimately couldn't get it done. With the clock ticking, he pulled off a miracle and got us approved and funded within 2 1/2 weeks. He was professional, pleasant to work with, and empathic. I could not recommend him more enthusiastically.

  Scott Gilman and his assistant Alan Osowski did such a wonderful job working with me on completing my first mortgage (first-time homeowner). I was denied by all the other mortgage brokers that I had spoken with, until working with the Homebridge mortgage team that both Scott and Alan represent. I was able to go ahead and receive the lowest interest rate, put the lowest possible amount of money down, and pay off my car (BMW); while purchasing a house with ~$50,000 equity built-in. I got a house that is physically and financially bigger than I thought I could afford because of them. If you want your mortgage broker to lower your interest rate, your points, closing time, and your documents/requirements needed to close; then choose Scott/Alan’s Homebridge team, I am already referring them more business because my network wants what only they could help me achieve.

  We are in our own home today because of Brian, Steve, and their team. Everyone in the real estate field in our area says they are the best and now we can personally attest to it. I want to shout if from our new rooftop, "THEY ARE THE BEST!" My husband and I seem to have been a loan challenge for other lenders for various reasons and had little hope until we started working with Brian and Steve. In Ventura we are currently in a sellers market, we had already made several offers on other houses, some up to 50,000 over asking price, and had been beat out by all cash offers every time. So when our awesome realtor, Ed Millea, got our offer accepted on a house that we LOVE we could not mess around, this deal had to close. We had been working with another lender, who even though they had pre approved us, seemed to be moving at a snails pace, not communicating regularly with us, and requiring the same documents again and again. The sellers of our house were moving out of state, they did not have time to mess around, and had back up offers. If we were not able to remove the loan contingency within the first 30 days, the sellers were going to pull out and go with another offer. Ten days into the deal our realtor Ed, nervous about the speed our previous lender was moving, encouraged us to switch to Brian and Steve. After one phone call they said our loan should be a slam dunk. The whole way they dealt with us efficiently and professionally. They know their stuff and are so competent and knowledgeable. Take them on their word, if they say they can do it they will. Because they are direct lenders they can make things happen with a speed and efficiency other lenders can only dream of. After I started working with them I was so impressed I did some research and found that Brian Minkow one of the top three lenders in the entire United States. To be dealing with someone at this level, who often takes the time to email and call me himself, shows how important his clients are to him. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and call Brian and Steve to get pre approved right from the start. Don't make them scramble with a tight time line like they had to do for our loan. I firmly believe if we did not switch to Brian and Steve we would not be home owners right now. I appreciated the daily calls I received from their office letting me know what other info they needed from us and keeping us updated. I know for many years to come I will think of them, as I'm sitting in my very own home drinking my coffee in the morning, I will be grateful to the Minkow brothers, and know I would not be here without them. Thanks to Brian, Steve, their team, and our realtor Ed Millea we are in our own home and loving it! No more renting for us.
