  Rhett and the team just helped me finish the second refinancing I've done with Latitude. I highly recommend them for home purchase and refi, having gone through the process with other lenders / brokers, they're by far the best: service, cost, speed, rate they were able to get, ease of closing. I was able to do basically everything through their online portal and closing with the title company was fast and painless (Steed Title, I also recommend them). Even when I needed a different product to finance some construction a few years ago, he helped me find a great alternative when he didn't feel their product would be as competitive.   Can’t stress enough how great of an experience it was working with Rhett and Laurin! They took the time to explain things in very easy to understand terms, and for a first-time homebuyer, that was super appreciated. Rhett also worked to get us the best rates and credits for our loan. Can’t recommend them enough! If you need a mortgage; there’s no other place in SLC to go.

  Rhett and Laurin were exceptional to work with. I felt like I had the highest degree of service at Latitude Lending, and will 100% be working with them again when the time comes. They are very responsive and knowledgeable, able to explain things in layman's terms, and have one of the coolest perks! They have a moving truck they let you borrow to move! Check that off my list. SO much stress for me around scheduling/using a uhaul-- it's just one more thing to worry about. I am a first-time buyer and was originally working with an unresponsive mortgage broker who said I could only get approved for what sounded like a low number based on what I was earning. Additionally, this other broker said I could only qualify for an FHA loan, which also has higher PMI. By contrast, Rhett was VERY responsive throughout the process and had a number back to me very quickly. It was MUCH higher AND he qualified me for a conventional loan. WIN WIN! I would 100% feel comfortable telling my family and friends to go here.

  Reached out to Rhett Evans from Latitude Lending LLC to get a quote for a first time home buying only to get a response that was very short and rude. He said if I wasn't "100% on board working with him" then he didn't have time for me. I want to find the best price out there and definilty wont be with him. Dont recommend working with Rhett from Latitude Lending.

  Rhett and his team were such a great help during the stressful time of buying a home and securing the loan. Communication was quick, professional, and done with ease. Will definitely use again down the road and I'm telling all of my friends who are looking in the future.
