  Pete and Steve helped us close on our first home incredibly fast. Despite the process being fully online/conducted remotely, Pete and team NEVER dropped the ball and made us feel supported at every step - they were incredibly responsive to our messages/calls, even on days/times where I wouldn't expect a response right away. The competitive nature of the market made a lot of things about the home buying process feel uncertain, but financing was not one of them. We felt confident that Pete and Steve had our backs, and would gladly work with them again.

  They made the process so easy! Steve checked in with us constantly about everything and the academy app made it easy to upload documents and sign any paperwork. During this time when "in person" discussions are few and far between we really appreciated the personal effort they gave to us. We even received a welcome home gift which was really thoughtful!

  Kathleya Gracida was one of the best Lenders I had the pleasure to work with recently. She helped my first time home buyers with their jumbo loan home purchase! Working with my buyers for about 10 months in this competitive market was really tough. It’s discouraging to most buyers but Kathleya will call my clients encouraging them not to lose hope.
