  I just passed my Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam. It was easy...thanks to the Larson Educational Team. They were awesome. They kept us in stiches, making each session fun and very memorable. Even thought they kept it light they were also very professional, informative and organized. The whole process proved to be very effective, because I pass on my first try...YEAH! I highly recommend this course. You can't go wrong with Larson Ed!

  If I can go back in time, I would of taken all my classes through them. I purchased my test prep course and I followed the course to a T. Great info and the course helped me gain the confidence in some of the areas I was not sure of. As I was going through the state exam, I caught myself thinking, wow this was covered in the true false questions or I’m so glad the school covered this. I was blown up by so many people for their test prep, and luckily my wife got a mailer from this school and I called after I researched. If your hesitant, don’t be because they really are legit.

  Larson offers AMAZING educational courses. I took the Real Estate Sales Associate class almost 2 years ago and also the State Exam Prep Course offered as a secondary course after completing the Sales course. Mr. Larson and his Sons are INCREDIBLE teachers and teach you exactly what you need to know. I just took my State Exam for the first time since taking the class in June 2014. I only had til June 11th to pass ( nothing like waiting til the end ) but with some major review and studying from the Prep Course book I nailed it on the first try. I will be taking all of my other courses here at Larson as well. Forget the other places become part of the Larson Alumni.   After my wife successfully passing her Brokers exam SOLELY due to Larsons Ed expertise I did not hesitate to sign up. I passed the State exam first try. It is imperative to take the State prep coarse as well or you will be shocked and overwhelmed when you get to the State exam. All classes are taught by professionals in a exciting and fun manner. If your serious about a Real Estate career than look no further and sign up. All the reviews cant be wrong!

  Although I didn't take my 63-hour pre-license course from Larson I followed the advice of a friend in the business who told me how wonderful their all-day exam prep was. As soon as I was cleared by the DBPR to sit for the exam I scheduled my prep class on a Friday at the Fort Myers location and the following Wednesday I sat for my exam. The prep class was very engaging and both instructors were excellent. I'll admit, I was hesitant to drive up to Fort Myers and sit through what I anticipated would be a dreadfully boring day but trust me: it was worth the money! The exam prep helps students focus on the most important elements needed to pass the test. That said, I studied diligently before and after the exam prep so I was already prepared but I did glean some very helpful tips that absolutely were a benefit to me during my exam. I'm happy to say I passed the test in less than an hour and on my first attempt. My advice: take the prep class, heed the instructor(s) tips and focus on learning the materials they provide. Take all four of the sample exams as instructed. If you do all this you'll feel confident and hopefully breeze right through that challenging state exam. A special thank you to Victor for helping me troubleshoot a couple minor issues with my online access and for being so kind and gracious. He's a true asset to the Larson organization. As a former project manager (two decades in luxury hotel and sports arena development and construction both domestically and globally) I have studied and tested for countless different certifications and I have high expectations when it comes to ongoing career-related education. Perhaps my midwest roots (North Dakota and Minnesota - go Vikings!) that have nurtured a solid work ethic also make me much more selective in the businesses I choose - and this includes schools for ongoing education. Larson has unbelievably exceptional customer service and instructors who clearly enjoy what they do. This level of enthusiasm absolutely trickles right down to you, the student. Highly recommend!

  I took my state exam today for the first time and I Passed!Yay!!I’m extremely happy.I was so worried doing the online class because i’m not used to it,fortunately Larson Ed has an excellent,professional and fun instructors that will make you more interested in every Unit:) I am thankful i chose Larson Ed It’s worth it! Will call them tomorrow for Post Licensing Course! Thank you guys:)

  I have been to many schools but this one was by far the best i've ever been to. All the instructors are every knowledgeable and good at teaching people what they should know to be in the Real Estate business and pass the state exam. English is not my first language so it was very hard for me learning a new profession and all the terms at the same time but because the school was very great I managed to pass all tests with a 90% ratio in two weeks total. I would highly recommend Larson to anyone who wants to get into Real Estate. Thanks again and great job!

  i must say i was very impress with the Instructor for the CAM licence class. They Have this instructor name CAL who was outstanding. he was relatable , energetic, knowledgeable, positive and really made us feel like we can do this. he also gave real life explanation to the material to help us understanding the concept better which was golden for me. I yet have to take the state test but i believe i will past it . thanks to CAL and the Larson team.
