  Fantastic service! Bob really helped walk us through our first mortgage as first-time home buyers and he helped us get the best rate. We are super happy with how smooth our mortgage application went and as busy healthcare professionals, having someone like Bob was perfect. We began contacting D&V mortgage with we started putting offers on homes and Bob was quick and efficient at getting us pre-qualification letters. Give this group a shot if you are purchasing a home in SWFL.

  We had such a great experience with D&V. Bob and his team were a great asset to our refinancing process and we would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends and family.   Andy at D&V Home Mortgage was extremely helpful. We could call him at any time for any number of things, and he spent the time to explain and answer any questions we had. It was our first time purchasing a home, and having that inexperience can be nerve-wracking. Andy was able to walk us through all of it and made sure we understood everything during the process. He was personable and felt more like a friend just helping out, which made the whole process that much easier. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  D&V Home Mortgage did a Great Job communicating throughout the loan process and were available to answer questions along the way which made the process a Great experience.   I spoke to several loan officers/brokers who all told me I couldn't be approved for a loan because of my unconventional income. Then Bob at D&V made it happen. He has a good relationship with multiple lenders and knows how to make your application look great to the lender. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in every way. I never had a problem getting a hold of him and my questions were always answered. If you're not sure weather to use a broker or a bank, go with D&V. You wont regret it.

  Dan helped my husband and I with our mortgage for our first home purchase! He was great and guided us every step of the way. The closing was smooth and a quicker process than I expected! We highly recommend them and will use them in any future purchase needed!

  We worked with Andy via long distance during the COVID-19 lockdown, and it was absolutely the best mortgage experience we’ve had (and we have moved at least six times over the years!). Great service, fast response time, terrific rate, quality lender...what else can you ask for? Highly recommended. Four thumbs (my wife and I) way up!!

  I found this company online by reading the posted reviews. Every one raved about Andy and I was sold. I came into town to meet him but even long distance, he’s able to accommodate. I have done 4 real estate deals over the years and this one was by far the easiest, cleanest one ever. I provided the necessary forms in one shot, Andy did his thing and then the closing was quick, with the fewest required signatures I’ve experienced. This is “the guy” give him a shot and you’ll never regret it.

  D & V Home Mortgage is the best mortgage company I have used. Andy, Dan, and Bob are always there to answer your questions and are always on top of things.
