  Kyshae helped me throughout the process of selling my car. She did an amazing job and contacted dealership for me when dealership was giving me a hard time , she made it turn out smoothly after a phone call. I highly recommend Langley FCU . Good communication. Follow Up. Information, friendly and a good security questions to authenticate access to account.

  Extremely hard to get in contact with if you are ever locked out of your account past password reset. It took over an hour to reach an actual person to address the issue which not mentioned on the automated menu.

  Low interest rate is about the only good thing about dealing with them. I have autopay turned on yet every month i have to call and make a payment. Trying to do that is like pulling teeth. Horrible app, horrible customer service, good luck paying your bill on time.

  If I could rate them lower I would. They reset my account for no reason and told me I had to re-register for online banking. But I have spent 2 weeks trying to get it to work and it has not worked. They are nice people but have the worst most inconvenient tech I have experienced in 30 years. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

  Absolutely, no matter what, do not get an auto loan from this bank. If you run into any kind of trouble, they WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!! A customer service representative called me, and spoke to me as if I owed her money. My husband and I purchased a vehicle and within a year of owning it the engine died. So we contacted Langley to see if there was anything that they could do to help us and they basically told us is our problem so deal with it. So now we're stopped paying an auto loan for a car that doesn't run and even though they are the cosigners by law they're saying that they won't help us. So if I were you I'd run from Langley Federal credit Union.

  Calling to try to get a representative at a specific branch is an absolute joke. All calls go to a central call center where you wait forever and hear automated ads over and over. When someone does answer then they have to transfer you to the branch you wanted to speak with. Then you hear more ads. At least the person I spoke with at the Langley AFB branch was very nice, and helpful, when she answered. Why can't you just call the branch you want to speak with?!?!!!!!
