      We recently joined the credit union while car shopping. Not only were we treated with kindness and respect, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure we got the best loan. When we ran into some issues at the dealership, Patrice stayed late to help us. We are transferring all our accounts to the credit union. Amazing customer service! We feel like family!!!

      Terrible customer service. The person who opened my accounts was rude and gave me incorrect information. Every time I do something at this credit union, there is some ludicrous obstacle. When my checks run out, I’m closing my account. Update: I emailed this credit union with a question/concern a few days ago, and I still haven’t heard back! In response to owner: Two emails were sent to marketing concerning my issue, but there was no response.....
