Landmark Credit Union Reviews

M. Harrison1Went to this branch in May to pay off an auto loan. Asked for the payoff amount and wrote the check. 2 weeks later I call because I haven't seen the title yet. There was a small amount still due because the moron working the drivethru doesn't know how to do her job. A month later I still don't have the title for a vehicle I want to sell. Avoid Landmark Credit Union.

Kirk O’Hanison1Awful customer experience. Can't reach anyone via phone for over 1 hour. When I set an appointment to meet in person through the proper channels, they would not let me come in and gave no reason behind it. Afterwards, I went to the drive through. I did not want to send my check after selling my house through a tube system, so they insisted I wait behind 5 cars instead of walking in for my scheduled appointment. Sitting here, writing this, I want people to know the customer service that they provide to their loyal patrons of over 10 years.

Paige Borchardt2I've been banking with Landmark since they acquired the bank I grew up with. There are 2 individuals that work here that have made me drive much further to avoid them. They are rude, make me feel dumb with every question and have a look of "I hate my life and my job". I'm not rude to them, though I apologize each time I have ANY interaction with them because their face tells me that I'm scum. They are both in some supervisory position, so if I ever have a question, I avoid going to this bank. Other than those two, everyone else has been extremely pleasant; usually making up for their supervisors attitude. After today, I believe I will keep my money elsewhere. Burlington, WI Landmark is absolutely amazing and their employees are like family. They have kept me banking with Landmark through the past 2 years after moving, but the 2 individuals in this Greenfield Ave branch have made my experience just the worst.

Daniel Moore4Never had an issue here, even when my card was stolen. Not crazy about the lobby still being closed when every other bank has theirs open, but I understand.

Callie Andlar3The drive thru takes a painfully long time. However, the bank is good. I have not had any issues that weren't easily resolved.

Shellshock755I have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch. Long lines are to be expected during the age of Coviid. I use online banking and bill pay weekly and have never had a issue.

Macy z2It’s annoying that their ATM is part of the drive through and not separate. Line took forever and I just needed to use the ATM. Isn’t a very efficient system.
Response from the ownerThank you for your feedback. Due to the closure of branch lobbies during the COVID-19 pandemic, drive-thru use and wait times have increased. For convenience, a map of surcharge free ATMs is available on our website. Additionally, we offer several alternative methods to conduct business that do not require visiting the branch, including remote deposit capture, online banking and mobile banking. We apologize for your inconvenience in accessing the ATM and are always looking for ways to better serve our members.

Pam Poglitsch5Demeatree was awesome. Another teller was delaying my transaction which I barely made my next appointment. Demeatree followed up with a phone call to ensure this would not happen again.

Kathleen Bero3I have been on hold for their customer service department over 30 minutes just to resolve a payment for a safety deposit box.

Response from the ownerDuring the current pandemic, we feel it is the best decision for the health and safety of our members and associates to continue offering in-lobby services by appointment only. We do offer several alternative methods to conduct business that do not require visiting the branch, including remote deposit capture, online banking and telephone banking.
