  Augie and team were awesome. I was a first time homebuyer and new the entire process. Augie would answer texts at all hours of the day when I was house hunting and inquiring about mortgage estimates. Underwriting took THREE WEEKS from offer to close. I actually asked if I could close a week earlier than expected and they made it possible. Use Augie and his team!

  Augie and his team are amazing at what they do and alway have your best interest at heart. Augie is knowledgeable and has some great strategies to actually help you get an accepted offer in this competitive market. He educated me on the process and ran many different scenarios to ensure I knew all my options. The sellers realtor actually knew Augie and believe that was one of the reasons why we were able to beat out 20+ other offers. He met all deadlines and we were able to close early!   Working with Augie has been one of the most incredibly easiest experiences I think I could’ve ever had in using a lender. His team was on top of everything night and day and made sure we were clear to close despite any hiccups that were thrown are way, and made sure we remained confident in the process. At no point did I have any discouraging feelings about where things were at, and the app made things so convenient for my wife and I to move forward whenever any documents or signatures were needed. I highly recommend Revolution as they are ahead of the curve with technology and bringing lending into the modern day. I can’t thank them enough for everything or express enough how great our experience was.

  They were great to work with! We had a very unique situation with an fha loan and peeling paint, and they went above and beyond to get it done for us!
