Dr. Kyle Ferroly1Today, I waited 63 minutes for a live person to speak with, only to be told they "can't answer my question due to a case-by-case basis" of the daily limit allowed to be deposited in the bank without a 5 day hold. I had made a larger deposit last week, as I often do every week or so, and never had this problem before, nor was told at the drive thru when making the deposit. I will be looking for a new bank after being with them for over 2 decades. We have multiple personal and business accounts with Landmark currently.

Rob Freer1I'll start off by saying that i do business with LM because they have a good rate of interest; however, the only reason I visit this branch is because it is closest to my residence. The customer service is lousy. Too many people with a non professional behavior, an attitude as if they're going out of their way to wait on me, which makes me feel that I'm interrupting their day. Takes forever going through the drive-through. I just may drive to a different branch if I can get better service.

American Watching1Extremely long wait time for phone calls to do anything. Online banking app is in shambles, I don't want the app to remember my tasks if I couldn't complete the task in the first place "because of your app malfunction." I can't delete these tasks so they accumulate without a proper description. Then because of not being able to delete tasks unfortunately you will not get more deposits because it won't allow new tasks. 🤣 Rates for CD's are at rock bottom. Savings account rates are at rock bottom. Only question I have now is how to pull every last dime out of this poorly managed place and put it in a better situation. Very disappointing in this establishment.

M Rios1I’m in the parking lot with a line of people waiting to get in. People aren’t even allowed to wait inside out of the cold. The drive through is closed. No one seems to know what’s going on, and the employees don’t know what the next closest locations are, but they say all of them have a line to get in. They also can’t tell us how long this will go on. Unprofessional of the CU, and people are leaving angry.

Kris (Kris)220 minutes once I got to the teller to get three gift cards. Now most people would assume that a holiday theme gift card would come in an envelope or something similar suitable for gifting, but no. These come in an envelope that looks like a bill. Disappointing and inconvenient in every way,

Andi Schmidt1I love this credit union. This location, however, is the SLOWEST and most unprofessional. It took over an hour just to get to the teller. All other businesses are opening up. This one still isn't. I'll drive an additional 5-10 miles to get quicker, more professional service.
