  I love Land Title. After bouncing around title companies for several years I landed at Land Title over 10 years ago. I have never looked back and never considered going anywhere else. They are amazing. Their customer service is second to no one, their marketing materials that they provide to loyal customers are professional and a delight to use. They answer questions and I have peace of mind in working with them that every detail will be handled professionally. They are the BEST!

  We had such a great experience at Land Title. Our agent was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She was able to accommodate our busy schedules when it came to signing and made sure we understood all documents involved. Even when there were a few challenges, the team dialed it all in and we closed ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone looking for title and escrow services. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of title and escrow services.

  I bought a house 10 months ago and asked this company to reissue the title on a refi. They have to do practically no additional work, but they refuse to offer reissue rates that many other title companies would offer at a reduced rate. The rates they offer are higher than what can be found anywhere online for BRAND NEW title work. SHOP AROUND FOR BETTER RATES!!! What a scam.
