      We went there looking for one of the models. No one came to greet us, finally lady asked if we were been helped and came over. The first statement of the conversation was a question was about my nationality. She had zero interest in even showing or explaining about a car to a potential customer who’s willing to pay around 60G for a car. We were been told by her that she’s going to leave the company/job so she’s going to transfer us over to her friend/colleague. This colleague was very fine and a nice person. Later, when the First Lady realized we were ready to made a deal that same day, she started to open conversations and offer us best deals and more options. Just bcuz of an employee’s bad behavior our thought about getting a Range Rover has been ruined. I guess there are other options in the price range. They just lost a buyer.

      The staff at Land Rover Cherry Hill are excellent. I recently brought my RR Sport in for service and I had a tight schedule. I was able to drop my RR, complete a few signatures, and was out the door in a beautiful loaner in less than 10 minutes. My RR was finished on time, a little early actually, and I was happy to see a nice clean truck when I arrived to pick up my RR. Kudos to Eric, Brad, mechanics and staff for great customer service.

      Land Rover Cherry Hill ...always professional! They picked up and delivered back to me my sparkling clean Discovery from my work place on service day, and lent me a stunning Velar (with only a 180 total miles) to sport around in the interim! Great service and communication.

      Not only are the service personnel thouough, but they ask if you want items scheduled to be checked or replaced in the event it was an oversight by you. Often the service manager speaks to you upon leaving to make sure you understoon everything that was done to your car. I move from Philadelphia after living there for six years to Camelback Mt. 2 to sometime 2 1/2 hours away one way. I still go the Land Rover Cherry Hill for work to be done to my RR knowing I'm treated and billed fairly. Relationships count with me and they have earned my trust, especially Eric.

      Great staff and customer service! UPDATE: 1/12/2018 I bought my truck in for routine maintenance and the software update corrupted my truck. Although unacceptable, the no care attitude of the customer service person here was not ok. No apologies. Even stated it was partially my fault as I let them install the software update. Still laugh at the fact they even said that to me.I now have to go back next week to get it fixed and miss more time at work. For an expensive luxury vehicle, I would expect customer service to be better. I will now look for a third party to serve my vehicle. For potential buyers, the truck has a lot to be impressed; however, I cannot recommend this dealership anymore.

      After checking out several dealerships on other SUV's I was impressed by Terri at Cherry Hill land Rover. My schedule was never easy to plan, and she accommodated at every hand, so excellent service! When I was candid and said I needed "some kind of deal" she got creative and helped me find the car and deal that 'got it done'. Thank-you Terri! LOVE my Range Rover Evoque, and I get many compliments on the looks and the ride. I especially love the heated EVERYTHING in this weather:)

      Leased a slightly used loaner (1200 miles on it) Evoque. Love the car and the sales experience (Thanks Jean!!). It was a no-haggle deal and we ended up with an excellent vehicle at a reasonable price! Needed a few things fixed within the first week, but the dealer was very nice and offered to pick the car up from us one day and bring it back the same day good as new. The engine is great, gas mileage is good and the interior is top notch. The economy setting I usually turn off because it gives a funky feel when you come to a stop-and-go situation. Other than that, LOVE IT!

      So far my experience with my first Land Rover purchase has been the worst experience of all the brands I've purchased over the years. I've sampled many brands over 40+ years including Ford, GM, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Infinity, Lexus, BMW, Porsche and Ferrari. Land Rover would rank dead last in comparison to any other brand from a service delivery and initial quality standpoint. My newly purchased 2017 Range Rover with just 6,000 miles has been in the shop, including this service, for more than a week. The problems include: Maps not loaded on delivery, software updates to correct an entertainment system that would shut down randomly, a remote start app that works less than 50% of the time, Sirius radio that intermittently does not appear as a selection but reappears on the next start, air conditioning system that did not function since delivery. Your service loaner program is so small that appointments are many weeks if not a month or more out in the future which makes the scheduling of all the above very difficult. And now you have an automated notification system that notifies customers via email and voicemail that their vehicle is ready for pick up when it’s not ready. It’s an hour round trip to your dealership so a trip there to find out the car is not ready is a major inconvenience. Your receptionist assured me she would notify the service advisor and service manager of the mix up in the morning. It’s almost 10am and no call from anyone at Land Rover Cherry Hill.
