  They stole money from me systematically. AVOID!!! They have a online payment system that has bugs that will charge you late check fees if you set up auto payments with them. When I contacted customer service they admitted to me that everything was set up right and that they did not know why it was doing that. Follow up emails and phone calls resulted in vague responses with no real answers to why they are still doing it. They refused to remove late check fees. I'm refinancing to another company a soon as i can.

  Mr. Vincent Ortiz has been a truly blessing in my life, he made the process very smooth while providing great communication and keeping all the paperwork in order. When i thought i would not qualify he worked very hard to make it happen. He actually made this happen!!!! Im so greatfull to have worked with Mr. Vincent.   I am currently in process of buying a primary home with Vincent Ortiz , last year I bought a secondary home with his help. I find his response time good, as an example I’ve reached him directly on the phone after 7pm a few times. I’ve been told he works 10 hour days and he will get back to you if he doesn’t pick up right away. I would say he looks for solutions for you and tries his best to get you the right mortgage. Comparing him to big bank mortgage officers he is a class above them. I would recommend him to family and friends. My realtor recommended him and anyone she’s recommmended to me so far has worked out well.
