  Lance personally made our home purchase so easy and smooth. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had and was readily available, even after hours. He responded to all of my emails (which was a lot!) within five minutes. Not only was he extremely responsive, he’s probably one of the nicest humans you’ll ever meet. 10/10 would recommend!   Lance is knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He was consistently available to answer questions via phone, email, and text.   It was a great pleasure to work with Lance and his team during my mortgage process. Everything was simple and seamless. He was available throughout to answer questions and provide advice. He also gave us tips and suggestions on what we needed to do to get the best rate possible. I have done the mortgage process about 4 times already, and working with him felt like easiest and quickest! Even though I'm in NC, the distance was not felt and communication still remained strong.   Could not have had a better experience. It went smoother than I ever imagined it could go. Always answers his phone and works 7 days a week. He approved my wife and I on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend!!

  I am a first time home buyer, went through an FHA loan. Lance was always available for any questions I would have. He was able to keep me so well informed about what as happening with my loan, that the worst part of my whole experience was just the wait required for closing. I highly recommend Lance to anyone who needs a mortgage broker. This dude always returns his calls/texts within minutes and does everything he can to help you feel good about your decision to purchase a home. If I’m ever in the market again, I am calling Lance!
